A. OBJECTIVES
Assist in realising the vision of developing South East Johore via the activity of Planning, Adjustment, Reporting, Monitoring and also Assessment towards implementation of physical and social development activities and programmes. Emphasis is prioritised towards new townships, settlement centres and traditional villages involving provision of infrastructure, social and public amenities, economic development, social development, and institution as well as efforts in closing the digital gap between the rural and urban residents.

 
B. FUNCTIONS

  1. Plan and draft policies, development strategy and approach in South East Johore.
  2. Plan and coordinate development programmes implemented in South East Johore
  3. To coordinate implementation of projects and development programmes specifically for planning of allocation under the five year programme agency.
  4. As secretariat for preparation and implementation of KEJORA Key Performance Indicator
  5. As a secretariat to KEJORA research programmes.
  6. To collect and manage information and basic data regarding residential and development projects for usage of planning, reporting and assessment.
  7. Preparing annual report, other periodic reports and briefing notes for usage and reference of important parties.
  8. Monitor implementation of development projects implemented based on various sources of allocation.
  9. Implementing evaluation study outcome and the impact of KEJORA development programme/project.
