KEJORA is committed in implementing programs to improve the socio-economic status of the rural population through the provision of public facilities and social amenities as well as social development programs including individuals, families and communities as well as the poor, hardcore poor, youth, B40, M40, entrepreneurs and women.
Public facilities and social amenity projects that are approved and started to be implemented within 90 days from the date of approval will be submitted to the relevant parties no later than 7 days after the issuance of the CPC certificate from the Technical Unit.
Assistance and financial contributions that have been approved will be channeled no later than 7 days before the program or activity is carried out.
The result of the application for land lease for mixed crop area/ premises/ workshop or industrial lot is issued within a period not later than 90 days from the closing date of the advertisement.
The result of the Application for Business Capital Assistance Scheme (SBMN)/ Agricultural Economic Financing Scheme (SPEP) is issued within 60 working days from the closing date.
The results of the industrial training/ work visit application will be notified within 7 working days from the date the application is received.
Claims for payment/ refund of trust money will be settled within 14 days from the date of receipt of a completed claim.
Acknowledgment of receipt of complaint is made within 3 working days after the complaint is received and response to the complaint is made within 14 working days.
KEJORA’s official portal and information application can be accessed 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
The status of land applications for privatization/ land lease projects will be notified within 90 days after the application is received.
Notification of the approval status of the application for facilities (Hall, Stadium) and logistics (Tents, Chairs, Tables, Broadcast Equipment) as well as Landscape Decoration is made within 3 working days from the date of application.
An independent assignment of Original Title will be delivered to the purchaser within 90 working days after the date the notice of the purchaser’s attorney panel is received.
