Client Charter
KEJORA’s Superior Management shall ensure that customer’s needs are identified, understood and fulfilled in order to enhance customer satisfaction. Accordingly, the management of KEJORA has stated the Client Charter of KEJORA, they are as follows:
1 | KEJORA is committed in implementing the Socio- Economic Enhancement Programme for Rural Population by providing public utilities , social amenities and social development programme including individuals, families and communities. |
2 | Public facilities and social amenities projects approved will be commenced within 90 days from the date of approval and submitted to relevant parties no later than 7 days after completion of the project. |
3 | Approved financial assistance and donations are channeled at least 7 days before the programme or activity starts. |
4 | Committed to helping the hardcore poor and poor families of the KEJORA Region through the People’s Welfare Development Scheme, Home Build Programme (PBR), Income Increment Programme (PPP), Human Capital Development Programme (PPMI) and Skills Training Programme (PLK), which is participant profile data as well as the preparation and implementation of action plans. |
5 | Application for rental of mixed crop area is approved within 60 days from the date the ad is closed. |
6 | Application for premises / workshop rental is approved within 60 days from the date the ad is closed. |
7 | Entrepreneur Loan Scheme is approved within 60 days from the date the complete application is received. |
8 | Each claim is payable within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complete application fee. |
9 | All customer complaints will be responded within 14 days after the complaint is received. |

The sale and purchase of industrial lots, processed as follows:

11 | Application for the release of the mortgage will be settled within 18 days from the date of complete receipt. |
12 | Prepare, complete and supply activity information within 14 days of receipt of application. |
13 | Provide friendly, fair and even service to all customers. |
