KEJORA is one of the statutory body agencies under the Ministry of Rural Development (KPLB) which serves as the Regional Development agent for the Southeastern region of Johor State. The Southeast Johor Development Authority or Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara (KEJORA) was established on 1 June 1972 under the South East Johor Development Authority Act 1972 (Act 75). In addition, KEJORA has been given additional functions and powers by the Johor State Government through the South East Johor Development Authority Enactment 1972. KEJORA region is located within two districts, namely Kota Tinggi and Kluang which cover an area of 333,364 hectares.
Today, most of the information and services of the Johor State Government have been provided online and KEJORA was created to facilitate the public to search for the information and services provided.
Generally, KEJORA can be accessed by all walks of life. However, there are some information and services that require you to register as a member.

Complaints can be submitted through the KEJORA Clientele Day Program, via telephone, newspaper, be present at the KEJORA office, email, hotline, e-Aduan (Complaint) (SISPAA) as well as KEJORA Social Media channels.
