This park has 12 units of Rain Shelter, 1 Wooden House (TERATAK PENAWAR), 2 Houses Employees, 1 store building, Intergrated Fish Farm , Paddy Crops and Rare Fruits with a development cost of RM 3.60 million.

The main activity of KEJORA Fertigation Park is Jade Melon fruit planted in the Rain Shelter with a planting capacity of 2,300 trees for a Rain Shelter. This KEJORA Fertigation Park is based on the concept of AGROTOURISM.
