HANDS-ON SESSION OF THE 2022 MORNING REGIONAL TEACHING AND LEARNING DIGITIZATION PROGRAM
7 SEPTEMBER 2022 I WEDNESDAY
In this opening speech, it was informed that KEJORA has provided provisions to realize the efforts to develop this online learning platform. This provision includes ID subscriptions for 1000 students as well as special payments for teacher incentives involved. A total of 38 schools (20 primary and 18 secondary schools) in the KEJORA region will be involved with a target participation of 500 primary and 500 secondary students.
This effort was also implemented as an initiative from KEJORA to bridge the digital divide between students in urban and rural areas as outlined under the KPLB digitization Strategic Plan (PSPKPLB) 2021-2025. The PSPKPLB has outlined 14 strategic plans and 28 action plans, among others, aimed at increasing the use of digital in the daily affairs of rural communities.
KEJORA would like to thank you infinitely for the cooperation and commitment given by the Johor State Education Department, especially the Kota Tinggi District Education Office, the Kluang District Education Office and the Kulai district Education Office for always supporting KEJORA’s efforts to implement programs that benefit students from disadvantaged families as well as B40.
