CORRUPTION RISK MANAGEMENT (CRM)
- The Corruption Risk Management Plan or CRM is a management tool that can help create a management system that is anti-corruption and upholds the value of integrity.
- KEJORA has received strong cooperation from the Johor State MACC in developing the KEJORA Corruption Risk Management Plan which has been incepted since 2014. Several series of workshops have been implemented in the development of this CRM.
- The purpose of CRM analysis is to close the space and opportunities for corruption in the implementation of 11 key activities of KEJORA so that the objectives of the organization are achieved optimally. One of the indicators, KEJORA risk rating can reduce the risk from high to moderate/ low.
- CRM is implemented by taking into account corruption as a fundamental risk in a management by using the Risk Assessment and Management approach. Thus, a good and integrity management system can be born through the Corruption Risk Management Plan.
