KEJORA Structured Village Housing

Introduction

The structured village development program includes the following projects:

1) Construction of low cost houses and housing sites in a structured pattern

2) Provision of basic and social infrastructure

3) Preparation of commercial and cluster economic projects for resident’s participation

To date, KEJORA has developed 5 villages that have been equipped with various facilities. To meet the demand of the rural population, KEJORA will build 3 more structured housing projects namely the Perumahan Tersusun Tuan Seh Fasa 2B consisting 33 units of houses, Perumahan Tersusun Kampung Paya consisiting 125 units of houses and Perumahan Tersusun Tanjung Buai Fasa 1 consisting 56 units of houses for the second generation.

  1. The development of this KEJORA Structured Village is able to accommodate the rural population in a planned manner and can contribute business and employment opportunities through business spaces that are also provided by KEJORA.
