KEJORA INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISMS) AWARENESS PROGRAM 2022

The Information Security Awareness Program (ISMS) was held on August 11, 2022 and was officiated by Puan Marlina binti Amir, Deputy General Manager (Management). This Program aims to raise awareness regarding the implementation of ISO/ IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System (ISMS) which has been certified in KEJORA starting in 2014 with the scope of implementation is “Management System “Information Security Management System for electronic system PROCUMENT READY ONLINE (ePRO)”, Southeast JOHOR Development Authority”.
The Program began with a briefing on Information Security Awareness related to cyber security presented by Tuan Zulazly bin Khalid, Managing Director of Diaspora Sdn. Bhd.
The Program continued with a briefing on the KEJORA 3.0 EPerolehan system to all members of KEJORA. The ePRO system, has undergone improvements over time through ePRO 2.0 and now ePRO 3.0. The ePRO system not only helps and speeds up the procurement process from the preparation of BQ to the appointment of contractors. The ePRO system allows all work processes to be carried out online starting from the preparation of BQ, advertisements, closing boxes, opening boxes, quotation evaluation or tender and SST production but most importantly this system facilitates rural suppliers/contractors in the KEJORA region to submit paperless quotation offers.
The closing speech was delivered by Puan Marlina binti Amir, Deputy General Manager (Management) as Chief Information Officer (CIO).
In his speech, he hoped that the implementation of the ICT program would be in line with the implementation of KEJORA 2.0 and in line with the KEJORA ICT Strategic Plan 2021-2025.
In his speech, he also reminded all members of KEJORA to always cultivate ICT at all stages of work implementation and hope that the implementation of ISMS can be carried out well.
