KEJORA AT MELAKA HERITAGE CUISINE FESTIVAL

KEJORA has for the first time participated in the Melaka Heritage Cuisine Festival tour from 22 to 24 April 2022 along Jalan Kota, Melaka, the historic city. The opening ceremony of the Melaka Heritage Cuisine Festival was officiated by YBhg. Datuk Salhah Binti Salleh, Melaka State Finance Officer.
Malacca Heritage Cuisine Festival is an annual event of the state of Malacca featuring more than 30 traditional dishes from various ethnic groups to be served to visitors in attendance. The annual Festival was attended by more than 60 stalls from various government agencies, museums in Malaysia and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). KEJORA has introduced KEJORA mentoring entrepreneur products such as Ieja Marketing and Raffe.
In addition, KEJORA also provides 100 samples of dishes every day with the theme “Johor cuisine” including Belangkas Masak Sambal, Asam Pedas, Air Kathira, and Soto.
KEJORA would also like to express its gratitude to Perbadanan Muzim Melaka (PERZIM) for giving KEJORA the opportunity to participate in the Melaka Heritage Festival this time.
