4.3		Resignation/ Dismissal

	i.		A Committee Member’s position is automatically dismissed prior to end of service when:

			a. The Committee Member is deceased b. Has resigned c. Fail to attend the meeting for three (3) consecutive times without any valid reasoning d. No longer resides in new cities of KEJORA or employed in such cities

	ii.		Based on certain circumstances, the management, without any reason reserve the right to dismiss the position of a particular Committee Member in the event whereby such Committee Member is deemed incapable of holding his/her position.

	iii.		A Committee Member shall resign from his/her position prior to the end of service period by presenting an official written letter of resignation and also reasons of resignation to the Committee Chairman.

	iv.		Resignation of the above position can however be rejected in the event whereby the KEJORA management and committee found the reason to be weak or invalid.

	v.		Any Committee Member who has resigned or dismissed will authomatically not qualify to receive all forms of benefits allocated to him/her as a Committee Member.
