Site monitoring session for the poorest people’s Housing Program (PPRT) in Kg Johor Lama with Deputy General Manager, En Daud bin Abd Rahman.

SUBMISSION OF ONE (1) 3 TON TRUCK UNIT TO THE COOPERATIVE OF THE ORANG ASLI PLAN PARTICIPANTS FELCRA TANAH ABANG BERHAD FOR THE SUSTAINABLE VILLAGE PROGRAMME, MINISTRY OF RURAL AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT (KKDW)

13 December 2022-KEJORA has handed over one (1) 3-ton truck unit to the Orang Asli Plan Participant Cooperative Felcra Tanah Abang Berhad, Mersing for rental activities and palm oil transportation services.
In total, the cooperative has received an allocation of sustainable village Program consisting of one (1) unit of 3 ton truck, two (2) units of New Holland machinery and building stores and covered parking including operating costs.
The delivery of the lorry was delivered by YBhg Dato ‘ Hj Mohd Rusdi bin Mohd Darus, General Manager of KEJORA to En. Jati bin Awang, Chairman of the cooperative. Also present was Fr. Azman bin Awang, Orang Asli Village Head Felcra Tanah Abang and En. CK Pang, truck supplier representative as well as Mr. Faizzi bin Sulaiman, Mersing District JAKOA officer.

HANDS-ON SESSION ON IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MALAYSIAN FAMILY HOUSING PROGRAM (PRKM) INDUSTRIAL BUILDING SYSTEM (IBS)

KEJORA in collaboration with the STARKEN AAC SDN. BHD. conducted the installation training of IBS Wall System: AAC Block Wall System at Kampung Bukit Lintang, Kota Tinggi on December 12, 2022 (Monday).
En Sh. Khayulzahri bin Sh. A. Raof, Social Development and Rural Development Manager, KEJORA, Encik Ahmad Faiq bin Mohd Yusof, Professional Project Manager Budi and Muhamad Hazre bin Samad, Starken engineer also attended the hands on session.
A total of 25 contractors consist of Kota Tinggi and Kluang districts. Among the purposes of this session was to provide experience and exposure to G1 contractors on the implementation of IBS for PRKM projects.

CELEBRATION OF MAULIDUR RASUL KEJORA REGION YEAR 1444H/2022M

The celebration of Maulidur Rasul in KEJORA Province year 1444H / 2022M took place today, December 1, 2022 at Masjid As-Syifa’, Bandar Penawar, Johor.
This year, KEJORA has collaborated with Pengerang Municipal Council (MPP) and Masjid Al-Syifa’ Bandar Penawar to carry out several events, namely the Maulidur Rasul celebration parade, KEJORA regional Islamic Arts spiritual Program, Maulidur Rasul lectures as well as Salawat and Marhaban.
The Azan and Tarhim competition, Nasyid competition and lecturing competition were held on November 30, 2022. Meanwhile, the parade and Banner competition will be held on December 1, 2022. In addition, there was also a lecture entitled “Loving The Prophet” which was delivered by the Kadi Kota Tinggi district, As-Sheikh Haji Zaini bin Mohd Salleh.
Also present at the celebration this time was the Deputy General Manager (Development) of KEJORA, En. David ibn Abd. Rahman, Secretary Of Pengerang Municipal Council, Tn. Hj. Musalman bin Salehan, Imam of Masjid As-Syifa’, KEJORA members, Kejora Region residents, Kejora Development Holding (KDH), KEJORA region Educational Institutions, school students and many more.

CORRUPTION-FREE PLEDGE WITH KOTA TINGGI DISTRICT CIVIL SERVANTS

Today, 30 November 2022, a corruption-free pledge ceremony was held with Kota Tinggi District Civil Servants at Dewan Jubli Intan Sultan Ibrahim, Kota Tinggi, Johor
KEJORA led by the General Manager, YBhg. Dato ‘ Hj Mohd Rusdi bin Mohd Darus read out the Pledge.
The keynote speech was delivered by the director of MACC Johor, YBhg Dato’ Azmi bin Alias and subsequently witnessed the pledge that has been pronounced.
Also present at the ceremony was the Deputy General Manager (Management), Pn. Marlina binti Amir, Administration & Human Resource Management Manager, En Mohd Ashek bin Hassan, Integrity Unit Head, En. Mus-Irwan bin Misrom, Senior Town Planning Officer, En.Yusrihan bin Jusak & head of Corporate Communication Unit, En. Mohamad Azrul bin Shari.

Prior to that, there was also an integrity sharing session presented by the Johor state MACC Superintendent, En. Subahar A / L Subramaniam.

KEJORA INNOVATIVE & CREATIVE GROUP (KIK) CONVENTION 2022

The KEJORA innovative & Creative Group (KIK) convention 2022 was held on 29 November 2022 at the KEJORA Hall, Bandar Penawar. A total of 7 groups have participated in this year’s convention namely Albatross, Equalizer, prospect, Prime, Gold, leading and Ultimate. This year’s convention was judged by Puan Nazilah binti Ahmad and Puan Nahdatul Faeizin binti Norman of the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) Southern Region.
The opening ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dato ‘ Hj Mohd Rusdi Bin Mohd Darus, General Manager of KEJORA. In his speech, he believed that the development of the KEJORA region or KEJORA 2.0 would be spearheaded by the power of imagination, innovation and creativity. Ideas and uniqueness, aided by technological sophistication is the main vehicle in strengthening the service delivery system.
He added that KEJORA members should make the culture of” thinking outside the box ” a habit. If previously KEJORA received ” complaint as a gift” from customers to improve service levels, then now KEJORA needs to give a “happy surprise” to KEJORA customers with a “gift” of responsive, friendly, efficient and certainly convenient service, which is based on transparency and integrity. It is also in line with the objectives of KIK is to improve and enhance the quality and productivity of work, especially in the service delivery system to customers.
Also present at the convention this time was Deputy General Manager (Management) Pn. Marlina binti Amir, Deputy General Manager (Development) En. Daud bin Abd Rahman, the steward of KEJORA and the members of KEJORA.

KEJORA CONCERNED VISIT TO VICTIMS OF STORM DISASTER IN BELADING VILLAGE, TELOK SENGAT

27 November 2022 (Sunday), Kampung Belading, Telok Sengat, Kota Tinggi – KEJORA has received an alert regarding a storm that occurred on 26 November 2022 (Saturday) in Kampung Belading, Telok Sengat that has caused damage to several houses in the area.
Based on the information, Encik Sh Khayulzahri bin Sh A. Raof, Social Development and Rural Development Manager representing KEJORA Management and accompanied by Encik Mohd Noor bin Atan, chairman of JPKK Kampung Johor Lama paid a visit to the victims affected by the storm.
During the visit, which was also attended by Encik Noorsaifulizuan bin Nordin and Encik Shahrul Shafique bin Hamidon, KEJORA also handed over donations in the form of KEJORA food baskets to the victims.
Hopefully the victim and the family continue to be steadfast in the face of these allegations.

HUMAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SERIES-3 ”SUPERIOR COMMUNITY PROGRAM ” PEOPLE’S WELFARE DEVELOPMENT SCHEME (SPKR) THE KEJORA REGION FOR 2022

The Bina Insan program (PBI) Series 3 – “Superior Community Program” under the KEJORA Region People’s Welfare Development Scheme (SPKR) was implemented from 24 to 26 November 2022 involving 50 participants from the recipients of the people’s Welfare Development Scheme Program, Ministry of Rural Development in the KEJORA region at Felda Residence Kuala Terengganu and Lake Kenyir.
This Program aims to develop the minds and human capital of rural communities. In addition, it is implemented to increase motivation and strive to improve knowledge, education, skills and family income. At the same time shifting the paradigm of rural communities, especially in the KEJORA region to be able to be independent in the future.

KEJORA’S CARING VISIT TO STORM VICTIMS IN CHANGI VILLAGE, PENGERANG

24 November 2022-Changi Village, Pengerang-today, the head of KEJORA’s Corporate Communications Unit, representing KEJORA’s Management and staff, paid a caring visit to the victims of the storm, En. Abu Bakar bin Kadir Patcha in Kampung Changi, Pengerang Johor.
In the incident that occurred on November 23, 2022 (Wednesday), the victim’s House had suffered damage to the main roof ridge as well as the roof of the veranda of the house which had been blown away by strong gusts of wind. Also affected by this storm were 3 other family members. When this visit was made, roof repair work was started with the help of villagers.
The caring visit was also accompanied by the chairman of JPKK Kampung Teluk Ramunia, Mr. Syed Bahrim bin Syed Ibrahim and the promoters of KEJORA, En. Mohd Kamalludin Bin Hasan. KEJORA has also handed over donations in the form of KEJORA food baskets to the families of the victims.
KEJORA prayed that all family members would be steadfast and patient in facing this suspicion.
