A total of 28 KEJORA members consisting of top management and senior KEJORA officials have attended the Leadership Revolution (One Spirit & One Team) course which was held from 21 to 23 November 2022 at Resort World Awana, Genting Highlands in collaboration with consultants from Strategic Human Resources Management Companies. This course was officiated by YBhg. Dato ‘ Hj Mohd Rusdi Bin Mohd Darus as the General Manager of KEJORA with full success.
This course aims to cultivate teamwork to achieve organizational goals. Besides being able to empower leadership skills, improve performance and high productivity with teamwork synergy.
A big thank you goes out to all the KEJORA members who have done this course with full dedication.

KEJORA CONCERNED VISIT TO VICTIMS OF STORM DISASTER IN TANJUNG SERINDIT VILLAGE

20 November 2022 (Sunday), Kampung Tanjung Serindit – KEJORA represented by Encik Sh Khayulzahri bin Sh A. Raof, Social Development and Rural Development Manager and Encik Abidullah bin S. Ali, Head of investment Unit, paid a visit to the victims of the storm, Encik Mohammad Fadzil bin Mohamad, in Kampung Tanjung Serindit.
In the incident yesterday, on November 19, 2022 (Saturday), the victim’s house was damaged by a falling tree.
During the visit, accompanied by Mr. Noorsaifulizuan bin Nordin and Mr. Shahrul Shafique bin Hamidon with Mr. Kamsani bin Abdul Rohman, Chairman of Jpkk Kampung Tanjung Serindit, KEJORA also handed over donations in the form of KEJORA food baskets to the families of the victims.
Hopefully the victim and his family continue to be steadfast in the face of this allegation.

This morning the Prophet’s birthday celebration was organized by the KEJORA Members Club (KAK) located in the main lobby, KEJORA headquarters.
The ceremony began with the reading of Rawi Berzanji by the Deputy General Manager (Development), En. David the son of Abd. Rahman. Next, a talk about the personal Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. it was presented by Al-Fadhil Ustaz Efbi Ismail Islami bin Rifaie, interpreter officer, Kadi Kota Tinggi District Office.

THE KEJORA REGIONAL FLOOD RELIEF KIT

KEJORA once again supported 7 families consisting of 33 flood victims at Kampung Senin Maarof Hall, Kampung Senin Maarof, Simpang Renggam, Johor.
The handover of the flood Kit contribution was led by management representative, Mr Mohd Ashek bin Mohd Hassan, administration and Human Resource Management Manager and accompanied by Mr Muhammad Ghazali bin Abdul Hamid, Kampung Senin Maarof mover.
Hopefully with the donations that have been given can ease the burden of the villagers who were impressed by the flood disaster.

VIRTUAL EXPLORATION @ FISHERMAN MUSEUM

Alhamdulillah! The virtual exploration Leadership Camp @ fisherman Museum 2022 Program has been successfully held in collaboration with SMK Bandar Mas & SMKA Bandar Penawar organized by the KEJORA Tourism Division from 10 to 12 November 2022 at the Tanjung Balau fisherman Museum.
A total of more than 130 participants from Form 2 to 6 students, accompanied by 35 teachers have successfully spent the night at Tanjung Nelayan Fishermen Museum. This Program brings together various interesting and beneficial activities such as Folk Sports, Explorace, workshops & theater performances as well as motivational slots.
Hopefully with the organization of such a program will be able to bring the community closer to the institution of the country’s museum as well as produce the younger generation who appreciate the heritage and culture of the country.

JOHOR AGRO CARNIVAL 2022

KEJORA through the Agriculture & Agro-Based Industry Division was invited to participate in the Johor Agro Carnival 2022 organized by the Johor State Agriculture Agency starting from 11 to 13 November 2022 at the Wawasan Simpang Renggam Trade Center, Kluang.
This Program was inaugurated by the Menteri Besar of Johor, YAB Datuk Onn Hafiz bin Ghazi on 12 November 2022. KEJORA through the Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Division has highlighted the agency exhibition with the theme of the Golden Jubilee of 50 years of the establishment of KEJORA. Various visitor attraction activities were carried out including local fruit puzzle contest, find the hidden word, fruit weight puzzle and eat and taste local fruits.
Millions of thanks to all the visitors who attended and did not stop providing support to the Johor Agro Carnival 2022 Kluang district despite the uncertain weather.

KEJORA LAND ADMINISTRATION AND LEGISLATION COURSE

A total of 40 KEJORA members attended the KEJORA Land Administration and legislation course which was held from 9 to 10 November 2022 at Lotus Desaru Beach Resort & Spa in collaboration with speakers from the National Land and Survey Institute (INSTUN), Ministry of energy and Natural Resources presented by Mr. Zahar Bin Sapar.
This course aims to provide an understanding and knowledge of the basic elements of land administration and legal management. This course is also able to provide exposure to each officer related to property management methods in KEJORA while encouraging continuous improvement and improvement actions to each member.

MAJLIS JASAMU DIKENANG WARGA KEJORA

On this day, the Jasamu Diingat ceremony was held to celebrate 2 members of the morning who will retire, namely Mr. Hj Suhaidi Bin Jumadi, Public Assistant, Facility Management Unit & En Azman Bin Toyeb, Vehicle Driver, Administration And Human Resource Management Division.
Tn Hj Suhaidi bin Jumadi began his service on 16 January 1986 and will retire on 10 November 2022 after serving with KEJORA for 36 years 9 months 25 days. While Mr. Azman bin Toyeb has started serving on February 18, 1991 and will retire optionally on December 7, 2022 after serving with KEJORA for 30 years 3 months 25 days.
