KOTA TINGGI DISTRICT BUILDING DECORATION COMPETITION

Bandar Penawar, 25 September 2022-KEJORA has won the 4th place for the Kota Tinggi District Building Decoration competition in conjunction with the 65th Independence Day 2022.
With the theme ‘Keluarga Malaysia: Teguh Bersama’, the competition this time was organized by Pengerang Municipal Council (MPP). Meanwhile, the judging session was held from 22 to 28 August 2022.
Congratulations and well done to all members of KEJORA involved in the success of this competition.

MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED VILLAGE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (PROSPECT)

22 SEPTEMBER 2022 I THURSDAY
Today, a monitoring session on the implementation of the village Economic Development Integrated Project (prospect) was conducted in Mukim Jorak Panchor, Muar, Johor. The monitoring session was chaired by Mr. David bin Abd. Rahman, Deputy General Manager (Development) of KEJORA.
Monitoring of this prospect project has included:-
1. Economic Component
– Entrepreneur Development Programme
– Group Rabbit Breeding Project
2. Infrastructure Components
– Landmark prospect
– Rural Road Link Development Project
3. Housing Components
– New build & repair work of the House
Today’S prospecting monitoring session was also attended by representatives from the Johor state KPLB, Social Development & Rural Development Division, Industrial & Agro-Based Industry Division, Technical Unit and KEJORA Corporate Communication Unit.
KEJORA also thanked the village heads in Mukim Jorak Panchor, Muar Johor as well as the villagers who both managed the monitoring session this time.

NATIONAL YOUTH DAY KOTA TINGGI DISTRICT 2022

18 September 2022, Sunday – the Kota Tinggi District National Youth Day 2022 took place at Punggai Beach, Pengerang.
The program organized by the Kota Tinggi District Youth and Sports Office also received collaboration with the Southeast Johor Development Authority (KEJORA) to organize the KEJORA Aerofitthon Challenge 2022 and the KEJORA Cup Beach Futsal 2022.
In addition, the Opening Ceremony of the Kota Tinggi District National Youth Day 2022 was officiated by Yang Berhormat Datin Paduka Hajah Hazlina Binti Jalil, Kota Tinggi District Officer. Also participating were YB Tuan Aznan Bin Tamin, Tanjung Surat Assemblyman, YB Puan Fauziah Binti Misri, bidder Assemblyman as well as the presence of department heads from various agencies and organizations in the surrounding area.
The 2022 Aerofitthon Challenge morning Prize Presentation Ceremony session was presented by YB Datin Paduka Hajah Hazlina Binti Jalil, Kota Tinggi District Officer accompanied by Tuan Sh. Khayulzahri Bin Sh. A Raof, manager of Social Development and Rural Development, as the official representative of YBhg Dato’ General Manager of KEJORA.
Hopefully with the organization and cooperation provided able to produce proactive and competitive youth in line with the development of human capital.

KEJORA’S CARING VISIT TO HOUSE FIRE VICTIMS IN KAMPUNG JOHOR LAMA, KOTA TINGGI, JOHOR DARUL TA’ZIM

KEJORA, represented by Encik Daud bin Abd Rahman, Deputy General Manager (Development), paid a caring visit to the victims of the house fire in Kampung Johor Lama, Kota Tinggi, Johor.
The incident that occurred on September 17, 2022 (Saturday) resulted in a charred village house being licked by fire.
During this visit, Encik Daud bin Abd Rahman also presented a donation in the form of morning food baskets to the families of the victims.
May the family continue to be steadfast in the face of these allegations

 

KEJORA NIGHT RUN IN CONJUNCTION WITH MALAYSIA DAY 2022

the KEJORA Night Run was held in conjunction with Malaysia Day 2022. The run-off ceremony was officiated by Yang Berhormat Puan Fauziah Binti Misri, bidder Assemblyman.
More than 850 participants participated in the race. A total of 7 categories were contested including:-
1. Men’s open – 9km
2. Women’s open – 9km
3. Male veterans-5km
4. Women veterans-5km
5. Teenage boy-5km
6. Teenage girl-5km
7. Fun Run-3km
KEJORA would like to express its appreciation & appreciation to the Kota Tinggi District Office, Pengerang Municipal Council, Tourism Malaysia Southern Region, Royal Malaysian Police Bandar Penawar, Sports Association of Kota Tinggi District, RELA as well as all those who jointly succeeded in the KEJORA Night Run 2022 program.

NETWORKING SESSION & WORKING VISIT OF SUBSIDIARY COMPANY INVESTMENT DIVISION (BPSA) MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT TO SUBSIDIARY OF KEJORA

The Networking session and working visit of BPSA KPLB Division to the KEJORA subsidiary was carried out aimed at strengthening ukhwah and bilateral cooperation through sharing views on various current issues including corporate governance as well as physically visiting projects being worked on by the KEJORA subsidiary.
BPSA KPLB delegation led by Encik Mohd Fariszan bin Ahmad, BPSA Division Secretary with 4 members assisted by Encik Abidullah bin S. Ali, Head of Investment Unit has been successfully implemented by making visits in several locations including the Taman Permata bidder project site by Kldsb company, Taman fertigation project site by KASB company, Teratak bidder Event Space by KHSSB company, Museum Nelayan Tg. Balau and Mangrove River Cruise Tg. Letters.
Hopefully ukhwah and the collaboration between BPSA KPLB, KEJORA Investment Unit as the regulatory Secretariat of the subsidiary and the KDHSB group of companies will continue to ensure that the corporate governance of the subsidiary is always guided by the guidelines and instructions in force from time to time.

KPLB PUBLIC SERVICE INNOVATION (MANAGEMENT) AWARD 2022

KEJORA has participated in the quality and Innovation Award of the Ministry of Rural Development (KPLB) 2022 for the Public Service Innovation Award (Aipa) (Management) category which took place on September 11, 2022 (Sunday).
KEJORA has sent 2 groups for participation in the AIPA 2022 category, namely groups from the Finance Division with the title Kejora Procurement System Version 3.0. While the group from the Technical Unit (ICC-TECH) with the title of Project monitoring Progress system.
A total of 4 assessment panel led by Dr. Norazizah binti Abdul Rahman, from the Aminuddin Baki Institute, made a joint assessment with KESEDAR as the secretariat. The participation of AIPA 2022 can further increase the level of creativity and innovation among KEJORA members in delivering services in the future. May the morning be a great success.

HARI ASPIRASI WANITA SEJAHTERA IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE JOHOR STATE LEVEL KAMPUNG SEJAHTERA ASPIRATION COMPETITION-KAMPUNG DATO ‘ IBRAHIM MAJID, SIMPANG RENGGAM, KLUANG, JOHOR

7 September 2022 – the Southeast Johor Development Authority through the Social Development and Rural Development Division in collaboration with the Kluang District Office has organized the prosperous women’s aspiration Day program in conjunction with the Johor-Kampung Dato’ Ibrahim Majid Johor state level aspiration competition, Simpang Renggam, Kluang, Johor.
The Johor state level Kampung Sejahtera aspiration competition organized by the Ministry of Rural Development (KPLB) is a form of recognition for villages that have successfully expressed their desa sejahtera aspirations in line with the Rural Development Policy (Dplb) towards creating a prosperous rural community in various aspects of life including social, economic, cultural and environmental.
To realize the wishes of kampung sejahtera, the implementation of the prosperous women’s aspiration Day celebration was held with various contents such as culinary competitions, potpourri arrangement competitions, coloring competitions, agency exhibitions, Socso Self Employment Scheme (SPS) registration counters and batik queen competitions involving women in Kampung Dato’ Ibrahim Majid. The Program was also graced with cultural performances such as silat, zapin and rhythmic kompang accompanied by the local community.
May the victory belong to the village of Dato ‘ Ibrahim Majid!!

HANDS-ON SESSION OF THE 2022 MORNING REGIONAL TEACHING AND LEARNING DIGITIZATION PROGRAM

7 SEPTEMBER 2022 I WEDNESDAY

Today, a Hands-on session of the 2022 KEJORA regional teaching & learning Digitization Program took place at the Dewan KEJORA Bandar Penawar. The opening ceremony was officiated by YBrs. Puan Marlina binti Amir, deputy general manager (Management) of KEJORA.
In this opening speech, it was informed that KEJORA has provided provisions to realize the efforts to develop this online learning platform. This provision includes ID subscriptions for 1000 students as well as special payments for teacher incentives involved. A total of 38 schools (20 primary and 18 secondary schools) in the KEJORA region will be involved with a target participation of 500 primary and 500 secondary students.
This effort was also implemented as an initiative from KEJORA to bridge the digital divide between students in urban and rural areas as outlined under the KPLB digitization Strategic Plan (PSPKPLB) 2021-2025. The PSPKPLB has outlined 14 strategic plans and 28 action plans, among others, aimed at increasing the use of digital in the daily affairs of rural communities.
KEJORA would like to thank you infinitely for the cooperation and commitment given by the Johor State Education Department, especially the Kota Tinggi District Education Office, the Kluang District Education Office and the Kulai district Education Office for always supporting KEJORA’s efforts to implement programs that benefit students from disadvantaged families as well as B40.

65TH ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION AT PENGERANG PARLIAMENTARY LEVEL

SEPTEMBER 4, 2022 I SUNDAY
Today, in conjunction with the celebration of the 65th Independence Month of Pengerang parliamentary level, 2 programs were held, namely:-
1. The Pengerang Parliament Road Safety Mobility Programme at Dewan KEJORA
2. Pengerang parliamentary Petanque competition at KEJORA Petanque court
A total of 49 KEJORA members attended the road safety program which is a collaboration between the Pengerang parliamentary office, JPJ and KEJORA. It is one of the methods in an effort to provide guidance to prospective motorcyclists to understand the laws of the road.
Meanwhile, a total of 10 KEJORA petanque players participated in the petanque competition which was held behind closed doors in the Pengerang parliamentary constituency.
Congratulations KEJORA to Pengerang Parliament and members of KEJORA who also succeeded in the planned program. MALAYSIAN FAMILIES, FIRMLY TOGETHER.
