KEJORA through the economic & entrepreneur Unit (euu) and KEJORA mentoring entrepreneurs participated in FIJO 2022 which took place at the Persada Johor International Convention Center which lasted for 4 days starting from September 19 to October 2, 2022.
Various interesting activities & programs have been prepared for visitors including:-

The closing ceremony was officiated by the Menteri Besar of Johor, Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Onn Hafiz bin Ghazi. Also present was the Johor Government Secretary, Yang Berhormat Tan Sri Dato ‘ Dr. Haji Azmi bin Rohani, Chairman of the Johor State Youth, Sports, Entrepreneur Development, Cooperatives and Human Resources Committee, Yang Berhormat Tuan Mohd Hairi bin Mad Shah as well as foreign delegations and heads of agencies.

COMPUTER LITERACY AND COMMUNICATION PROGRAM REGIONAL VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF SOUTHEAST JOHOR (KEJORA) YEAR 2022

KEJORA through the Social Development & Rural Development Division (PSPD) has implemented the 2022 Kejora regional Village computer literacy and Communication Program course at the Grand Bluewave Hotel, Johor Bahru on 26 to 28 September 2022.
A total of 30 Secondary School (SMK) teachers and Village Community Centre (PKD) managers of KEJORA region attended the course. The computer literacy and Communication Program aims to help teachers in the KEJORA region to improve skills and in-depth knowledge about application development and access to information that can be used as a source of more creative teaching materials that can enhance the focus and enthusiasm of students in the classroom.
Hopefully this little knowledge provides a great opportunity to be shared with rural children, especially residents in the KEJORA region.

The swimming training Program is one of the programs under the talent and Leadership Development (Talent) Program in 2022 KEJORA. This Program aims to identify participants in the KEJORA region who have the potential and talent to be developed through programs organized by the KEJORA to a higher level in addition to improving ‘Fine Motor skills’ and ‘Gross Motor skills’.
This swimming training Program has started to be implemented on September 24, 2022 at the SSTMI Aquatic Center. The collaboration Program between KEJORA, Johor State Education Department, Kota Tinggi District Education Office and SSTMI will be implemented weekly and 3 instructors have been appointed to train these trainees.
Congratulations to all participants who successfully participated in the KEJORA talent program. Continue the momentum of commitment and seriousness of all coaches.

INDUSTRIAL BUILDING SYSTEM (IBS) IMPLEMENTATION COURSE IN THE GOVERNMENT PROJECT OF THE SOUTHEAST JOHOR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (KEJORA) YEAR 2022

KEJORA through the Social Development & Rural Development Division (PSPD) has implemented an industrial building system (IBS) implementation course in the KEJORA government project 2022 at the Dewan KEJORA Bandar Penawar and CIDB Johor Bahru on 21 to 23 September 2022.
The opening ceremony of the program was officiated by the manager of Social Development & Rural Development, En. Sh. Khayulzahri bin Sh. A.Raof.
A total of 20 G1 class contractors from KEJORA (Kota Tinggi & Kluang district) have participated in this 3-day course. The objective of this course is to improve the understanding of industrial building systems (IBS), identification, CITP, government policies and the importance of IBS in the development industry and towards sustainable development.
In addition, contractors who take this course obtain a Certificate of competence and skills (SKK) which is recognized by the CIDB which gives an advantage to contractors to enter construction projects in government agencies.
“Industrialised Building System” (IBS) is a prefabricated construction technique or building construction method in which components are manufactured under controlled conditions (in a factory or on a construction site), carried and installed in a building construction workplace with minimal use of workers. IBS should be used in conjunction with a Pre-Approved Plan (PAP) when implementing the project.
Hopefully this KEJORA effort will be the starting point for all contractors involved to adopt and apply the IBS method in construction.

PSYCHOMOTOR AND MENTAL THERAPY PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN THE KEJORA REGION 2022

KEJORA through the Social Development & Rural Development Division (PSPD) has implemented a psychomotor and Mind Therapy program for children with special needs in the KEJORA region in 2022 at the Bayu Balau Beach Resort Hotel on 21 and 22 September 2022.
A total of more than 100 trainees and officers from 9 PDK in the KEJORA region have participated in this planned program. This Program aims to help trainees enjoy and live their lives just like other normal people. In addition, it can stimulate trainees to interact and communicate with their environment which can indirectly strengthen the relationship between officers and trainees in PKPDK.
Participating in giving lectures to all trainees and participants is the coordinator of Pkpdk Kota Tinggi District, Puan Nurul Fahmi binti Hj. Bachok.
Hopefully the efforts of KEJORA and PKPDK will give a little joy to all PDK participants involved.

A total of 36 KEJORA members attended the Kejora Ukhwah strengthening course in 2022 which was held from 27 to 29 September 2022 at Savanna Hill Resort, Ulu Tiram Johor operated by KUISCELL Sdn. Bhd.
This course aims to enhance the strengthening of the integrity of the members as employees who are entrusted with tasks that need to be paid with full responsibility, trust, honesty and transparency. In addition, to provide emotional stability (EQ) training in theory and practice by creating a more organized and structured series of tasks to achieve work and organizational goals.

KEJORA’S CONCERNED VISIT TO HOUSE FIRE VICTIMS IN KAMPUNG SC JAYA SEPAKAT LAYANG-LAYANG

26 SEPTEMBER 2022 (MONDAY) | KAMPUNG SC JAYA SEPAKAT, LAYANG-LAYANG
KEJORA, represented by Encik Daud bin Abd Rahman, Deputy General Manager (Development), paid a caring visit to the victims of the house fire in Kampung SC Jaya Sepakat, Layang-layang, Johor.
The incident that occurred on September 24, 2022 (Saturday) resulted in a charred village house being licked by fire.
During this visit, Encik Daud bin Abd Rahman also presented a donation in the form of morning food baskets to the families of the victims.
May the family continue to be steadfast in the face of these allegations.

The final match which took place at the Mini Stadium Kota Jaya, Kota Tinggi found between KEJORA FC and OLA BOLA FC which ended with a victory to KEJORA with a network of 1 – 0. The goal was scored by Musliyadi Mansor through a penalty kick in the 32nd minute. Both teams managed to show an interesting and aggressive game throughout the match.
YBhg. Dato ‘ Hj. Mohd Rusdi bin Mohd Darus, General Manager of KEJORA was also present to witness the final along with KEJORA Management and members of KEJORA.
The award ceremony was officiated by Yang Berhormat Datin Paduka Hajah Hazlina binti Jalil, Kota Tinggi District Officer cum Yang Dipertua, Kota Tinggi Football Association.
